The App enables our clients (“Clients”) to allow their professional customers (“End Users”) to create, manage, and process container rental orders.

We are committed to protecting personal data and processing it in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Clients act as Data Controllers with respect to the personal data of their customers and users.
  • LAST FRIDAY AS acts as a Data Processor, processing personal data solely on behalf of and under the instructions of our Clients to provide the App and related services.

3. Personal Data We Process

On behalf of our Clients, we may process the following categories of personal data related to End Users:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Order details (e.g., container type, delivery and pickup information)

We do not collect or process personal data for our own purposes beyond what is necessary to operate, maintain, and secure the App.

4. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process personal data only on documented instructions from our Clients and for the following purposes:

  • To enable End Users to create and manage container rental orders
  • To communicate updates and confirmations about orders
  • To provide customer support and technical assistance
  • To ensure the security and integrity of the App

The legal basis for processing is determined by our Clients (as Data Controllers). Typically, this will be based on the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract with the End User or the legitimate interests of the Client.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the services to our Clients, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Data retention periods are defined by our Clients’ instructions or applicable law.

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Data Sharing and Sub-Processing

We may engage trusted sub-processors to help deliver our services (e.g., cloud hosting, email communication providers).

All sub-processors are bound by written agreements that ensure the same level of data protection as set out in this policy and required by the GDPR.

A current list of sub-processors can be provided upon request.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal data to third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.

End Users should direct such requests to the relevant Client (the Data Controller).
